Complaint not resolved. Phone number
My subscription was cancelled without authorisation because whoever dealt with it was incompetent. If I subscribe anew, the cost will be double that which I have been paying for years. I need to phone someone about it; the chat bot etc hasn't worked. Anyone know the phone number please?

Looks like all they have is that chatbot messaging system. You'll have to use that. Leave them a message and they might escalate it to someone who might give you a phone number to call. I don't know if that will work but you can give it a try.

Thank you, but I am in Australia so it is unlikely. In any event, I have met with only incompetence in every aspect of my dealings with them : no form of written communication works. They cancelled my subscription by mistake, without my consent, say that they can't "restore" it, suggest I just re-subscribe (at twice the cost - I've had it for years) ........ , yet I've just cancelled MuseScore Learn's renewal and received an invitation to "restore" it (go figure). Pity, because they too shall be the losers. Soon I shall have no hair left to rip out!
Thanks for trying.

If you were cancelled for the purpose of squeezing more money out of you, then perhaps you're better off without it. The company that owns Musescore, Muse Group, is located in Cyprus. You should maybe contact a lawyer that specializes in EU trade laws.

Yes, I suspect that MuseScore’s apparent inability to reverse their unauthorised cancellation has something to do with money, but they’ve now lost my more expensive subscription to Learn and I think I’ll let Pro fail. I’m a lawyer, but it would cut no ice to emphasise that. It seems that unlike dry cleaners, who offer “all care but no liability”, they offer no care …. What a crock . Thanks so much for trying to help.
I don't have a phone number either, and this may be a stupid question, but have you tried support@musescore.com ?

That's the one I used, the only method it seems of contacting them. Not a stupid question at all.
Maybe it was an idiot who dealt with my request; maybe it was idiot AI.
It's nice to find real humans out there, trying to help each other. In any normal trading universe where suppliers understand that their existence depends upon their customers, things would be different. In MuseScore world this does not happen. Shades of Bizarro World.
Thank you for taking an interest.
