MuseHub Sounds Gone After Updating Musescore Studio
Hello,
Whenever I update my Musescore Studio app, such as I just did to v. 4.5, all my sounds downloaded from musehub disappear except for the default musesounds. When I look on musehub itself, it shows that some of the sounds have even been uninstalled and I need to reinstall them--others say they are downloaded but don't show up in musescore studio--all the sounds have defaulted back to musesounds and my downloaded sounds do not show up in the dropdown menu to choose the sounds. This is extremely frustrating as I have spent lots of time mixing these sounds in my compositions; besides, this should not be something that happens when merely updating the software.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just updated and have no problems. However, I have learned to never update MuseScore Studio from the HUB, or within MuseScore. I always update from the download page and restart my computer after the up date. Windows 11, but I do this on my W10 machines also. Good luck.

Sorry it doesn't help you now. I can't say for sure it will help you in the future. Gotta love computers.
