Instrument not showing when added
I'm assuming, I activated some setting a while back when making the score, but I'm trying to add instruments to the score and there not showing up, and some other pages some instruments have been taken out altogether. I'd like all instruments to be seen and stay on the page throughout the entire score. Any help will be appreciated!

This is because you've checked "Hide empty staves within systems" (menu Format / Style).
Since empty staves are hidden, new instruments, by definition, cannot be displayed. :)
Uncheck this option (at least long enough to add intruments) and all will be well.
