Just installed 4.5. Audio won't playback!!
I just installled musescore 4.5. Everything seems to be working but no system audio will send to my speakers. Any ideas how to fix this? I already tried the basic stuff, like making sure I outputted the sound to my actual speakers and not system default.

Same issue. Starts up fine for me, but when I go to playback, not even an attempt to playback. For me, it only happens with certain scores I created prior to MS 4.5. And I notice that some instruments don't appear to be loading in the mixer, which is odd but might help explain why there are no audio samples to play. For example, this screenshot should show the standard string section in Muse Sounds, but it's only loading violins II & violas.

When I load this score, everything shows up and plays. Thought I might suggest panning this score across the stereo spectrum for a more realistic sound.
Both of you might go to Help>Revert to factory specifications.

Tried factory reset, no success. Also tried rolling back to Musescore 4.4 and factory reset there as well, now that's displaying the same behavior and the score will not play

Still no, it still loads only 80%-90% of the instruments in the mixer. What is going on? I've spent years working on this score, really don't want to lose progress, and any help is appreciated. Thank you!

This sounds like a problem with Muse Hub (not with MuseScore Studio).
Try a Google search like this to see relevant threads on the Muse Hub support website:
