Unable to load scores on musescore.com
---FIXED------------------------------
I believe it was some sort of extension I had, but if you have this issue:
-Go to incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n)
-Switch browsers

I understand that this is musescore.org and not musescore.com, but I could not find a way to ask this in musescore.com. I am unable to load scores, as when I try to open up a score (Even it its mine), the page becomes unresponsive and does not load fully. My internet is fine, I have 900 mbps, I restarted my computer, turned off my adblocker, and cleared my google cache, but nothing is working. How can I fix this? I attached a screenshot, and the same thing happens on this score as it does on every score. I also attached an image of the CPU use of the page, and the file that is not loading. This is probably not useful but I am entirely out of ideas. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem but I've found that viewing scores works on the mobile app, just not on the web.

I'm having the same problem. I'm looking for other options to send my score and parts electronically, but MuseScore.com seems to be the systems available option to do that. And it won't complete the transfer. Based on the other comments, I think there's a bug here.

I didn't ask a question, I just stated what was happening.
But yes, I'll try to see if .com is able to help with the issue.
I also had this problem. Deleting cookies for musescore.com and musescore.org fixed it for me.

Why yes, his comment is quite funny. It's funny because clearing the cache and cookies is the second most important thing to know how to do in a browser and someone not knowing how to do it (and asking HERE) is quite funny.

You know for a fact that someone at .com is sending people to this forum? Have you looked around at .com? At the bottom of the page, people might be lucky enough to click on "Support" on the left. More likely they see the word Forum in the center. It's under MuseScore .org. But they have no clue what .org is so they click on the Forum and ask their questions about .com here.

For myself, I have never had occasion to try to contact .com. I have--very intentionally--never used it and intend to continue this policy.
That said, I can recall several cases of people saying something along the lines of "I talked to someone at musescore.com and they directed me here", that is, to musescore.org. I suspect that the musescore.com support personnel work rather like Dogbert's Computer Support ("Shut up and reboot!", https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b6/dd/59/b6dd5930004954cf6bd0724950ff978…), except that their stock phrase is "Post on musescore.org".

Interesting assumption coming from someone who doesn't use .com and never tried to get help there. I, too, see posts from like this one and sometimes they say something like "I was directed here". Which might mean that someone told them to post here. Which doesn't make much sense. Or it might mean that they saw on .com this .org listed and they meant that .com ( and not someone there) directed them here.

Yes, there are indeed cases where the person is not specific. I, however, am referring to people saying explicitly something along the lines of "the girl directed me here". So at least some of these cases are people at musescore.com incorrectly sending people here to musescore.org. My own suspicion is that if it's happened a few times that we know about, it has happened many more times that we don't.
No, it doesn't make much sense. But it definitely happens. And such behavior has good--if ultimately short-sighted--business sense behind it (as demonstrated by the Dilbert cartoon I linked to). It's not the right decision to make, but it's one that managers do make sometimes. Apparently, management at musescore.com has not figured out that this is bad for business ... or else they cannot train their personnel correctly.
I take it you've never worked in computer support, or you wouldn't have such a high opinion of the sense of that management.

Since you and I don't use .com, it's hard to make definite statements. Bur since you have made some, so will I.
You claim that the .com person sending people here has done so out of lack of training. Or that management isn't very smart.
It's also possible that they were sent here because so many users here do use .com. And just maybe someone here could answer their question better. I think it possible that just sending them back to .com isn't going to help them much. There have been comments that people answering here were rude.
Saying no one here can help them is just driving a wedge deeper between the two domains. We are supposed to be two halves of one entity. I thought.

It's very easy to make definite statements: At least some people have been incorrectly directed by musescore.com personnel to musescore.org regarding issues that can only be resolved by musescore.com. I am speaking only of such cases, of which I personally recall half a dozen or so.
Knowing how support desks work (I worked on one for the last 13 years of my career and several more for a total of over 20 years), the two most likely explanations are a) poor training, or b) a deliberate mis-direction on management's instructions in order to improve their call stats.
Saying that "this is the wrong place for your issue" is, in no way and by no stretch of the imagination, rude. Saying that "no one here can help you" is the best support that we here can give them.
Personally, I am of the opinion that we should NEVER give support on musescore.com issues. Doing so makes the users (incorrectly!) certain that they can get such help here ... which makes them angry when they cannot. So, in my opinion, the most helpful thing we could do is to always and immediately direct people back to musescore.com for issues that can only be or should be resolved there.

I posted this like two years ago and completely forgot about it, but if anyone is having this issue you can switch browsers (thats what I have done for 2 years now) or go into incognito mode, as pointed out by an actual helpful commenter (thank you for this, it is so much more convienent and I don't know why I never thought to try it)
I don't mean to by cynical or anything but I am really confused why people are so obsessed over this post, constantly critiquing either something that someone said or the fact that I put this in the wrong forum. I feel as though more people are attempting to just degrade either myself or others instead of actually, I don't know, being helpful? What do you all hope to accomplish by being rude to some random person on the internet? I mean, come on. What does anyone gain from you saying that you know how to fix the issue, but I was too stupid to find the forums on musescore.com (Oh no, what have I done!!) so I don't get to know. I really don't think I have seen a community as toxic as this except from my one visit to 4chan.
This response is probably a waste of time, but please, just try to be nicer online. It cannot be that hard to decide to keep your feelings to yourself, instead of just insulting strangers. If anyone has a different viewpoint, feel free to share as I am honestly just puzzled by the obsession and toxicity this post has garnered. All of us here are just random people who will never meet eachother, yet some of you are compelled to be harsh against simple questions. How to clear cookies? How about you just say how to (click button left of URL called view site options), instead of complaining about the user's lack of knowledge in this subject without any knowledge about who it is you are insulting. Why did I feel the need to right this much, I don't know. But I know that someone will feel inclined to read this whole thing and then respond as if I know nothing.
That was a waste of like 10 minutes. I just hope that at least someone can learn to be a little less harsh to others.

Trust me, this was my last resort to find information to help me, I don't spam forums with stupid things, which is wasting time. I felt that this was a genuine issue and therefore provided as much evidence as I could to help support those who wanted to help. If anyone read the first sentence, I did look for musescore.com forums, but I could not find them (This was two years ago so I dont really remember what I did), Ok I am done ranting.

You didn't post to the wrong forum. If someone posts something in the Made with MuseScore forum that should be posted in Support and bug reports (probably the most common wrong forum combination for some odd reason), we tell them "in future you should post this sort of thing over there..." and then proceed to answer their question.
Instead, you posted on the wrong website! This is the equivalent of complaining to Microsoft when you have a problem with your Mac computer. So did a number of other people, in this thread and others. And then they (some of them) complained when they were helpfully directed to the right place.
It was a genuine issue. No one suggested otherwise. And responders helped by directing you to the appropriate other website to post where it might have been solved in hours/days rather than in years. Oh, the musescore.com forum location was included in the link provided in the VERY FIRST response.

And with all due respect, your initial response does seem most helpful. Except right now the first link about a help site for both domains leads to a doesn't exist error. And doesn't say anything about were to go for .com help.
