Works fine for me on Windows 10. Are you sure you are hitting Enter after typing the desired percentage? And are you sure you are running the current version of MuseScore (2.1)?
Well found Marc, it is that! I was only leaving the field, hitting Enter does the job.
(I was confused because in all other software I use in Windows exiting the field is enough).

If I enter 80% it doesn't do anything, 75% or 100% are accepted
