Open with Google Drive not working
Google Drive offers a way to open MuseScore files directly in MuseScore, however at the moment it doesn't work because the pathname given to MuseScore ends in .MSC which isn't a type MuseScore is willing to open.

And Google Drive doesn't allow for mscz extensions?
You image doesn't look like Google Drive, but rather like an old Windows emulating long filenames as 8.3 filenames.

Google Drive does allow for mscz extensions. Downloading the file then opening works fine.
The error message is generated by Musescore. I wonder if it's trying to process the old 8.3 pathname?

Well, the images you show does show 8.3 filenames
I've tried storing mscz files on my Google drive and can open them just fine

Windows 10 + Google Chrome + Google Drive

Whindows 7 and Backup Sync for Google Drive
But I just tried with Chrome and it works there too
