Soundfont Tuning
I have a violin SoundFont in my collection that sounds phenomenal. The only problem is that it appears to play at A = 392 HZ, two semitones below what I need it to be. When opening the sf2 file on Polyphone, however, it sounds normal.
My point being, how is this possible, and how can I retune this SoundFont?
EDIT: Problem has been fixed via Polyphone. Thanks to everyone who responded.

I don't know if it will work but you can try:

The problem with the synthesizer is that the violin will still sound two semitones below what it needs to be regardless, which is a bit of a problem if there are other instruments.

You can fix the tuning with a SoundFont editing program like Polyphone or Viena.
If you don't know how then (assuming the violin font is not copyrighted) if you can send me a link to download it I can fix it for you.

I already tried Polyphone and it appears to have solved the problem. Thanks very much.
