How do I use Zerberus? I have no idea, I want to use all of musescores tools, and this one is one of em.

See the Handbook under "Synthesizer" and/or "Soundfonts". Basically, you find yourself an SFZ soundfont, load it up, and use playback normally.

What do you mean by playback? Are you saying that I can load a file individually into an instrument for that sound, not every single sound?

I'm saying the Handbook pages I referenced explain the process pretty well :-). But yes, if you find a soundfont that has just one instrumenI, you are welcome to use it alongside whatever other soundfont(s) you wish to use.
