change one measure to 9/4 time
The only thing I'm aware of is the Time Signatures group in the Pallettes - no "Custom" button that I can see. :-) Any hope for me?

Oh - of course I can change the Properties on one measure and put nine beats in it, but can I show that in the time sig?

Shift+t brings up the custom time signature palette.

View / Master Palette / Time Signatures, or as mentioned, the shortcut Shift+T. See also the Handbook under "Time signatures" for more info.
