Insert measures dialog goes behind main window

do: Select a measure -> right-click -> Add -> Insert measures
Result: The dialog box appears furtively and then disappears. In fact, its goes behind the screen.
- On the other hand, I notice that the other facilities of "Add" Frames and Measures (and not just "Insert"), as well as part of the Text (Title, Subtitle, Composer, Lyricist, Part Name), which was very useful, are missing in this contextual menu.

Not exactly.
Currently, there is four submenus in the contextual menu.
This is a very important issue!
UPD: things are not so bad :) The window doesn't disappear but goes behind the main window, so you can activate it from the tasks panel.
