I made a song with MuseScore and I want the individual parts in a pdf but i dont want the pro feature. i made it why can't just me get a individual part pdf and not others.

Just as a reference for others:
You don't need a Pro subscription of musescore.com to unlock a feature from the Desktop Software; The Software is entirely full featured and free.
To get a PDF from a part, you first need to make sure the part is created; see File→Parts…
Then activate the tab for the part you want and use Export to export it as a PDF.
