Unusual triplet

I've been trying to pass a score to musescore but when i get to a part where it has triplets i can't seem to be able to put them correctly. They seem to be quarter notes but they don't fit inside they triplet even though my original sheet says its a triplet... sorry if my explanation was bad. Below there should be a picture I uploaded of the triplets that i couldn't figure out.
