Piano Score Playing a Single Line
Is it possible in a piano score (grand staff) to play the piece with only the bass clef part playing? Or vice-versa?

Different possibilities, for example:
Insert two separate Instruments and then use the Mixer or select the left or right hand stave and make the notes mute from the Inspector.

I'm not very familiar with Musescore. How do I do the second option (selecting the left/right hand and making it mute)?

This has helped but one more question: How do I select a stave? I can highlight all the measures but I don't think that is an equivalent.

It is the same. Select the measures, click Notes in Inspector limit selection to just the notes, then uncheck Play.
