Do you mean, a single person switching from a pitched to unpitched instrument mid-way through a piece? If so, best way is to add a separate staff, enter notes as appropriate, then use Style / General / Hide empty staves.

What I'm trying to write is something like the attached document fourth line.

You could use an instrument change, or use 2 instruments, enter all the notes, at the switch point insert a horizontal frame, set its width to 0 and then use "Hide empts staves", or just change those noteheads to cross
