batch Export from Finale
I have over 300 files in .musx format that I want to be able to open and edit in Musescore. Is there any way to do this without having to export each of them individually from Finale Notepad? Thanks!

As per a quick Google search the Dolet plugin for Finale has a batch mode, to export to MusicXML, which then MuseScore can turn into mscz files via its batch convert plugin.

Thank you for your help. It appears this may not work with Notepad. I installed the plugin, but there is no "plugins menu." Under the File menu is a MusicXML menu, but there are no batch options there.

I just realized that Notepad will 2012 (which I just downloaded) will not open the files (.musx extension) I need anyway. My best option may be look for someone who has finally and ask them to do this batch conversion for me.

Hello!
Were you able to export in batch using the "Dolet for Finale" Plugin?
Could you please attach the Donlowad plugin and briefly explain how you perform the procedure?
Friendly hug!!

If you wish to convert your Finale scores, then do as advised above and install the Finale Demo software. You can then export to musicxml.
