Converting .sib to XML or Musescore files

How do I convert Sibelius files to Musescore readable files? My old school had Sibelius 7 but as I am no longer there I can't use my Sibelius 7 files anymore. I've searched around and can't find a way to do this without Sibelius, so was just wondering if it can be done

I don't think there's a possibility without Sibelius. But maybe the export is possible with the "30 days trial version" of Sibelius.

I've just discovered that Sibelius has a monthly subscription option. For $9.99 US per month, you could sign up, convert all your .sib files, and then cancel.

I tried for hours. Installed windows 10 on my laptop (I'm an Ubuntu user). Installed sibelius 7.11 and activated it, that didn't work, sibelius launched and then stopped after the splash screen. Then I installed sibelius first (in fact it is sibelius ultimate). I could export my old files to musicxml !!!
Now I installed the dolet plugin, very curious. Seems to work.
