Cannot decreasing layout stretch
I was trying to decrease the layout stretch but when it come to a point I can't decrease further more, is there any setting need to be done so that I can decrease more?

Layout stretch change has a limit that cannot be overcome. If this fails it is often best to use Page->Layout... and decrease the scaling.

Yes thank you from me too. Sometimes I find I still need to get the odd orphaned bar.
I had one score with one single finishing note left on the final page, and in the end increased the stretch to give it some company.
