This should also added to Pagesettings, for consistency and ease of use. On the other hand new scores are created with some settings, that could be seen as defaults. So yes, this is a valid feature request I think. There are defaults. I'm not sure this is a correct feature request. Page settings don't have style properties, so "reset" doesn't make sense here.
I believe this is is not about https://musescore.org/en/handbook/page-settings but about https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-edit-gene… and these do have defaults.
