Icon sizes
I've used MuseScore for a few years now on my laptop, and I recently purchased a desktop. I downloaded and opened MuseScore 2.0.3 to find that the icons everywhere were too small for me to see. I have a screenshot for you too see what I mean. I am using Windows 10 on a TV monitor with 1980 x 1080 resolution. If any other information is recquired, I will gladly share more.

It only changed the ones on the top. The palette sizes are still tiny.
Thank you for helping, by the way.

See my earlier reply below. The "-x" option should work better. It is possible you might need to "-F"'once also to revert to factory settings, but only if you had customized a workspace.

-F worked for me - although I had to set it all up again with my default soundfonts. Somewhere along the line the scaling system must have changed and the settings in my config were making a complete mess of the icons - massive ones in the toolbar and tiny ones in the pallette. Resetting to factory defaults fixed it nicely!

I've been having the same problem for a while now. Resetting to factory settings has never fixed it permanently for me. I hope you have more luck.
It seems MusScore is having trouble determing the resolution of certain monitors, especially TV's. We're workong on a good solution for a future release. Meanwhile, you can use the "-x" command line option to specify a scaling factor - loke "-x 4” to make everything four times larger than the default. It won't work perfctly, but should do decently. The score itself will still be too small.

I do not know how to use command prompt to that extent. If you put it stupidly simple, I may be able to figure out how to make it work.

sorry...I don't exactly know what I'm doing yet. This is my first desktop computer.

Thank you so much. It really helped. Thank you both. It isn't perfect but it is definitely much better.
