How do/can you move entire scores one or multiple beats over?

I'm currently arranging a score for Sylvalum Night (a song I like from a game I like) and I think I got some cues wrong. However, I'm not sure how to adjust the piece in such a way that I don't have to delete and replace every note a beat ahead. Is there a way to do this or am I boned?
