If you could be more specific someone will be able to help you quite soon. Do you want to delete a note? Measure? Several measures? Lyric?
...meanwhile... There is a solution in the handbook or the vids which can familiarize you with the software.

I'm sure we all understand your frustration. The learning curve is very steep IF you wish to use computer-generated notation. I have used it for years and still need advice at times.
The best thing I can suggest is that you take the time to read through the manual and then at least you will have an overview of things and perhaps an idea where to look for answers. And, keep writing. :)

Please accept that the banter is among friends who are willing to help you. Since you have asked such a vague question it is impossible to give you a good answer. Please ask the questions better and don't be afraid that your English is not good enough. Most of the people who have answered you so far don't speak English in their countries.
