xml to mscx
I have been looking all over the web for a way to convert xml files to the musescore mscx and keep coming up empty. So, what is the best way to accomplish this. I have several works that were created using Finale Notepad. Thanks.

Assuming you mean MusicXML, simply load them into MuseScore - File / Open, No special conversion needed.

You mean just opening that xml file in MuseScore via File>Open doesn't open it for you?
No error mesaage either? Can you attach that xml here?

it does come up with a error message saying: Fatal error: line one column six no dentifacation of element tags available. Carol of the Bells.xml

The XML file you attached has no music info in it. It's just 6 (or so) lines of header info.

The size alone, 252 bytes...
