Marching Snare Stuttering

I originally had this problem a while ago on MuseScore 2, and now it has returned in MuseScore 3. In the Marching Snare MIDI playback of MuseScore 3, I have issues with the sound stuttering/slowing down, with the playback highlighter also being slowed down. Attached is one of the files which exhibits the issue (at the quarter note triplets at measure four and around the end).

I can confirm the issue, which surprises me a little, because normally things what you describe end up being impossible for others to duplicate. Unfortunately I have no insight into the problem, but I would encourage you to submit an official bug report on this via the issue tracker (eg, using Help / Report a Bug from within MuseScore).
