deleting measures
Since I upgraded to version 3.0 I can no longer delete measures. I highlight the start and end, get the blue frame and hit delete but no action is taken

Delete has never been the shortcut to delete measures - it deletes the contents of the measures. Try Ctrl+delete.

I also am having trouble with deleting measures.
I upgraded to Musescore 3.
In Musescore 2 I just selected the measures and
deleted them in the edit menu.
It doesn't show up in the edit menu

It moved to the tool menu or press ctrl+del.

Yes, I had that issue too, I've had to get used to the following method:
Highlight, Control + Delete.
It makes sense as it's following many 'rules' within other programmes like Word and Excel, and I'll get used to it.
