Subsequent repeats (3.0.2)
I've inserted some invisible Start repeats (measures: 11, 30 ) to get the reproduction as I imagine it should be. I'm not very sure about the procedure.
Suggestions?

I have no doubt you have entered them correctly. It seems the publisher assumed the start repeat lines for some reason.

Well, probably as in many cases, some insiders take it for granted that others know what is meant.
