Dynamics
I don't know if this has been asked before, but I think it would be very useful to be able to set default velocities for dynamics. I would also like to be able to hear a difference between ff and fff

You can set the velocities to anything you want and then put them into a custom palette (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/workspaces#create-custom-workspace).
