Change Distance Between Staves

I'm using v3.0.5.
I remember in v2 it was possible to change the distance between staves manually by dragging while holding down Shift. This doesn't seem to work in v3.
(I ask because the dynamics in a percussion staff are very close to the next staff below it--enough so that they'll interfere with high notes in the lower staff.)
