midi keyboard not listed
Hi, Once again I can't input notes with my midi keyboard. I made sure that my keyboard was switched on before I opened Musescore. The midi input and output boxes in midi / IO are blank with nothing in the dropdown lists. I also made sure the enable midi box was checked. My keyboard works with other apps, OK. Can someone please inform me where I am going wrong?

What's changed since yesterday? You seemed to have solved it.
Check the dropdown list on the "N" icon at left of the toolbar.

you may need to inform MuseScore which is the MIDI keyboard

Hi, Shoichi, I had solved it but unfortunately, when I switched on today I had the same problem. when you say check the dropdown list on the "N" icon do you mean to make sure the note input is on, or should I be looking for something in the dropdown list?

There are various options in that list that you can see in: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/note-input-modes check them too because it seems strange that MuseScore works now and now it doesn't.
