File won't open
The file was fine about 10 minutes ago, I restarted my computer and now it just won't open. All other files are working fine, and I looked for a while and the extension hadn't changed, or any other visible change. When opened it returns the error "Cannot read file C:/Users/calogant/Music/Fascinating_Rhythm.mscz:" Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance

I'm looking in the %appdata% folder, and only one score gives the same error as the score which broke. I'm afraid it's irrecoverable

Completely disregard the above; I managed to mess around with the folder enough to get it working again. Thanks for the link, it really helped me out as I've spent weeks on this project and in my hubris didn't make any copies.

If you can't find the auto recovery file then you should be able to find the hidden .filname.mscz, file.

but how can I remove that comma after .mscz? I found the file but still can't open it

Seems you removed the leading dot already, now just need to rename away the trailing comma, like this
