When you attempt export a file (including save online), a window should pop up that says "The following settings may reduce the legibility of your score."
It will then tell you if you are in concert pitch mode, empty staves do not get hidden, or multibar rests are disabled. At the bottom it will give you two options: proceed or cancel. It should be possible to disable this warning in preferences of course, but I think it would be very helpful.

I'm for this suggestion because I sometimes forget to turn off concert pitch mode before exporting...

It's especially annoying if you send it YouTube and then realize that concert pitch mode and show all staves were on when you exported.
Indeed! I have a friend who often has one or two of the parts switched to "concert pitch" when he brings newly printed music to the rehearsal, causing massive confusion.
An alternative to the warning is to have a setting saying that parts always export in transposed pitch regardless of the state in the tab.
