No stafflines showing in glyphs
RC 3.1. - Palette Repeats & Jumps.
In the glyphs Start-repeat and End-repeat there are no stafflines visible.
The third glyp (End-Start repeat) shows them correctly.

The double barline was added for 3.1, so this would count as a regression that should be fixed. Can you open an issue at https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236 please? I'll then add it to the list of items to be fixed for the 3.1 release.

How is this a regression? These glyphs do not have the staff lines in 3.0.5. If there is something to be fixed, it would be the removal of the staff lines in the glyph that was added in 3.1.

In the Palette Barlines the same glyphs are shown with staff lines

The double repeat didn't exist in 3.0.5. It was added so the barlines on the glyph would be a regression in my opinion.

And that is fine. It is also fine that they are shown without staff lines in the Repeats & Jumps palette. This is the way it appears in 3.0.5. The new glyph is the problem. It should be shown without staff lines in the Repeats & Jumps palette to match the other two.

Agreed. Consistency is good.

Caring about consistency: it's a bit surprising that these glyphs - operating in the same way -
look different in the two Palettes.

Each palette should be consistent. I'm less concerned that the balines palette shows barlines and the jumps palette does not since the jumps don't need balines, but I wouldn't have a problem with the staff being shown for ALL barlines.

Issue should get entered and point at #289565: [Epic] 3.1-RC Regressions that must be fixed. Fix would be very easy
Edit: see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4904, the fix is easy... we just need to resurrect that PR, which I just did. A leftover from #283828: Add end-start repeat barline back to barlines- and repeats palettes

On my system the separating line between the glyphs looks like a sixth staff line of the End-start repeat, which is confusing. To me a convincing reason to not show the stafflines in the Repeats & Jumps.
(The glyphs in the Barlines Palette are higher than those in the R&J.)
I'm new to entering Issues and pointing to etc. Can you refer me to a page that teaches me how to do it correctly?

None needed anymore, I've reopened the old one

Don't hesitate to continue reporting issues. When you need to enter a new issue into the tracker, ask again and we'll point you in the right direction. I encourage people to enter their own issues so they don't hesitate later when they need to. In this case, we are reopening a previous issue and using that as our reference to fix it. Thank you for your help.
