Master Palette not showing when selected.
At first I thought I may have pushed it off the screen but when I wasn't able to get it back I tried just restarting the program, no good there so totally uninstalled and removed all data and did a full install from the website. Still no Master Palette when selected. Support referred me to Forum for help.

I suspect you pushed it off the screen and can't see it. MuseScore remembers where you pushed it to and opens it there. Make sure it's open (checked in the view menu) and try the instructions in https://musescore.org/en/node/287862

Thank you, I hadn't customised anything really so in the end reset to factory was easy and worked straight up.
