Wrong site, this here is musescore.org, you need to bring this up musescore.com, like in https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/
It might be a bug related to the implementation of what is being announced and discussed in https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/discuss/5044610

If an account owner publishes his / her own composition and the dotCOm site makes money from it, the dotCOm site must also pay the account holder for that composition; isn't it?

Well, the current model is different though: the account owner pays for it being published there (if more than 5 scores)

Not currently... but on musescore.org it might be yourself being held responsible for copyright violations, not the site owner
As a Musescore Pro subscriber, I'm also getting the "You've reached the daily 5-score limit" message. What's with that? Is no one allowed to download more than 5 scores a day now?

unfortunately no response from there, also with some more issues relating to .com. Well, it's not the end of the world...
