You don't exactly increase the font size of the whole thing but rather increase the scaling in the menu Format->Page settings. Everything then proportionally increases.

mike320 and Shoichi are correct in saying that the usual way is to change font size as part of the overall Scaling.
But sometimes it is useful to change only the font size of the lyrics, and for this you need a different menu option: Format > Style... > Text Styles > Lyrics Odd Lines (and Lyrics Even Lines)
I usually highlight the text (click and drag) when the text is highlighted look down to the bottom left. All your "Word document" type of stuff is right there. You can change the size, the font, etc.

Normally, you should use the controls in the Inspector, which will make it easier to then update the formatting later.

Select Format → Page Settings....
The Scaling property allows you to increase or decrease the size of your score.
