adding a tie into first note of second ending
In a lead sheet with a first and second ending, and a tied note carries over into the ending, the tie on the first ending is obvious. But is there a way to make half of a tie mark lead into the first note of the second ending?

Great. I checked the manual first, but didn't see this.
And while I'm at it 8-)
Is there a way to have blank space to the left of the second (2bar) ending, on a line of it's own, so that it lines up with the first ending?
