repeat in middle of bar doesn't show up in parts
When i put a repeat in the middle of a bar (i.e., 2 beats into a 4/4 bar) It doesn't copy into the parts, or when I add instruments to the score I have to manually put it in.

Repeat barlines in the middle of a measure are layout only, no function for playback, and as such don't propagete between score and parts, nor to newly added instruments
Split the measure first, then apply the repeat barline.
