3.01 does not work. I download and install. nothing reacts when I click on it.
My OS is Windows 10 64 bit. After downloading and installing 3.01 ( or 3.0 ) the program is frozen. I can't open files. I can't even close out of MuseScore! I have to restart the computer. 2.0 worked great. I uninstalled it so that it would not interfere with 3.0. Why isn't 2.0 still available to download?

Why would you want 2.0? Go for 2.3.2. available at the place Shoichi guided you
What operating system?
So, you are saying MuseScore starts up, you see the main window with the empty score, but nothing else happens? Do you see the Start Center - the window with thumbnails of previously opened scores (will be empty if you haven't successfully opened any yet)? Does it work if you start MuseScore by double-clicking a file in Windows Explorer rather than using the program icon?

This is the behaviour on my computer either. Starting "empty" musescore opens the empty score, but nothing reacts. Opening existing scores does work, but when trying to open a new project nothing happens, no new dialog or anything else. I just reinstalled latest version from musescore.org.
Any idea to get rid of this problem?
