Selecting the playback sound

Hello. I've created a piece for 4-part choir and, unsurprisingly, it plays back using choir sounds. However, to be able to hear some of the harmonies a bit more "clinically" I'd like to hear the four voices played back using a piano sound. Does anyone know how I can do that please?
