Hide Instruments for certain amount of measures
I am aware of the "Hide empty staves" option but in this case I don't want to hide empty staves all the time but just for a small section of the Piece.
And as it is a pretty big section I don't want to go into every measure propertyi n the section and hide all the instruments i don't need the whole time

That wouldn't work because either the ones that are supposed to be invisible in the section are visible because to keep them visible before this point I would have to make them unaffected by the "hide staves" option.

Even by alternating the input of notes in the two instruments?
And using right click, Stave properties->do not hide?

If in Instrument 1 you have inserted the notes e.g. from measure 1 to 100 and in Instrument 2 you have inserted the notes e.g. from measure 120 to 130. If you want you can attach the score here, specifying what you want to achieve and someone will be able to suggest you better.

It would be simpler if you could add feature to hide and unhide staves for a certain amount of measures for instances in your "Staff type change" item in the Text Pallet. (see attachment)
That would probably be the easiest way to implement it

Perhaps you could use something like:

Oh okay, so section to be hidden for the strings vocals and choir reduction and some of the wind instruments start at rehearsal mark "H"
