Statusbar huge after selecting a note
After the latest update (OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.9788, revision: 148e43f) I get a huge statusbar (height) when I select a note.
It does not occur with every note I select.

Your “Organ” instrument name has a bunch of blank lines at the end.
Right-click the “Organ” text and choose Staff/Part Properties… from the popup menu, then edit the Long instrument name and delete all of the extra blank lines after the “Organ” text.

Could you please post your score (or a truncated copy, just the first couple of measures) to make it easier for me to help you?

In the example I've added manually the indications 'Manuals' en 'Ped."
It would be nice t be able to do that via the staff names
The current staff name 'Pipe Organ' is placed at the bottom of the curly brace, not in the middle.

You can get it looking the way you want by moving the third staff into a separate instrument. I've attached an example.
Does this work for you?

There's no organ template (well, there are some in the Choral section, together with SATB, but those are 2-staff organs), but there are separate instruments
