Musescore won't open on my PC

So I was going to do some editing on a score, but when I try to open Musescore, it just doesn't. Then I checked the program files, and tried the crash report executer. Windows said something went wrong. I went to control panel, and repaired it. I try to open it again, but it still won't. I even tried directly opening the executable file for Musescore 3.
