downloading score no more free ?

Hi all,
The more and more when I try to download a score from the site a pop-up window, asking me to subscribe, prevents me from doing it freely as it used to be.
I thought it happened only when the person who uploaded it was a PRO, but this morning (I was looking for the "Scarborough fair" score) the owner wasn't a pro.
Can somebody kindly explain to me the logic, please?
I know that MuS application will be free for download and use. I think I have read that few times now.
What I really would like to know is: will it still be possible to download scores freely and at what conditions?

Wrong site, go over to musescore .com with that.
And it has been discussed at length, there and here...

Download on non-PD and non original work scores is restricted to Pro members. Announced back in July 2019 already, taken into effect some 2 months ago, after another announcement to all users via email and on the site
