With latest version Musescore 3.4.2 impossible to edit a bend element, I receive the notification :
Command edit-element not valid in current state.
I have removed the software few times and reinstalled, I got the same issue.
Then I installed the version 3.2.3 and everything became normal edit element is possible.
So there must be a bug with the latest version 3.4.2.
PS. Do you think that in the near future we will be able to used the reverb and chorus on each track as the buttons are there but not functional.
THANK YOU.

What Operating System?
Reinstalling rarely fixes issue with MuseScore, better try reverting to factors settings
Editing bends has been moved to the Inspector in MuseScore 3.4 or 3.3

Window 7, I did reset to the initial and it did not work. Can I install two versions on a same Pc ? Thank you.
2 3.x versions can be installed, but not being used at the same time, and only the one installed last will grab the extensions, so start on double-clicking a score.
I still don't see where you issue is, I can edit bends without any issue in 3.4.2 (in Inspector), and could in 3.2.3 too (in its own dialog), both also on Windows 7
Ok, thank you, it works in the inspector, would be nice to have a new up to date manual and reverb and chorus working for each track, and slides on two different notes are not smooth but like a series of notes. Thank you again love your software.
As far as I can tell the handbook is up-to-date on this, check https://musescore.org/en/handbook/bends#edit-bend.
Reg. slides on two different notes are not smooth but like a series of notes see #127341: Add Glissando playback style portamento
Reg. reverb and chorus working for each track maybe a new issue for that is in order, not sure
Bends, of various kinds, can be created with the Bend Tool bend_palette_sym.png . You can find this in the Articulations palette of the Advanced workspace. Any bend applied to the score can be customized in the Bend section of the Inspector.

I have Musescore 3.6. There seems to be no bend section in the inspector. Where is it?
In reply to I have Musescore 3.6. There… by barnettrrubin
In Musescore v3.6, if I click the bend object (not the note), the Bend properties section appears, as shown
Be sure you are adding an actual bend, not some other symbol like a glissando or, slide, or scoop.
