Having a 6/8 bar look like a 3/4 bar - instead of two groups of 3 quavers each, I need three groups of 2 quavers each
I have a songs composed by a colleague who has it in a time signature of 6/8. However there are bars he wants played more as three groups of two quavers rather than 2 groups of 3 quavers. How do I do this in muscore?

You can adjust the note groups in time signature properties: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures#time-sig-properties

That would affect every measure of the piece, and make it look like it was all written in 3/4, not 6/8. For individual meaures, click on "beam properties" pallette, and you can select for each quaver whether you want to start, or continue, a beam.
