If create System Text, then (somewhat confusingly) the Right-Click menu will still be titled as "Staff Text", and the status bar will call it "Staff Text":
I think for clarity, that those labels circled in red should be System Text.
FWIW, I was going through the issue tracker looking for likely candidates to add the "easy" tag to (since those are running short: https://musescore.org/en/project/issues/search/musescore?tags=easy). So while it's objectively best if every issue gets tackled ASAP, you may also want to leave some accomplishments out there for the relative beginners to complete. ;-)
