Marching Percussion
Is it possible to use the Marching Percussion sound on MuseScore if your using a different soundfont than the default? I like the percussion sound, but not the instruments.

You can use as many different soundfonts as you like. You just need to use the Mixer to tell MuseScore which sounds to use for which instruments.
