Wrong drawing of beams in connecting notes that wrap
The beam is incorrectly drawn when connected notes wrap.
Bug Connecting notes with beams.mscx
GIT commit: b25f81d
Musescore Version 2.0.1, Revision b25f81d on Fedora 23 (mscore-2.0.1-6.fc23.x86_64)
How to reproduce:
1) Write a music with eights in the last measure of a line and in the first measure of the next, in the same voice.
2) click on the first eights of the second line
3) select "Beam Properties" ("Proprietà gruppo note) from the menu at the left;
4) double-click on "Do not end a beam at this note" ("Collega gruppo note");
Aspected result:
the line that join the eights must end beyond the last eighth at the first line and begin before the first eight at the second.
Actual result:
the line that join the eights ends exactly at the last eight, and the rest of the line is drawn at the first line, instead of the second one.

Duplicate of #16278: Beaming notes over barlines and line breaks and seems fixed in current master
It seems to have not been fixed. I tried the last stable version (MuseScore-2.0.3-x86_64.AppImage), and the result is the same, as follow:
Note that the first two notes of measure 18 are eigths, and their beam is at the first line, instead than the second one. Furthermore, the beam of the last eigth of measure 17 at the first line does not continue beyond the note. The result is different from your link (bug 16278), but it is still wrong. Do you try to open my attachment (Bug Connecting notes with beams.mscx)?
ASs I said, it seems fixed in current master, the version that will become MuseScore 3 one day. You can check a nightly build, from https://musescore.org/en/download#Nightly-versions, although for some reason I don't see any up-to-date AppImages there.
Not really fixed in master, just broken in a less obvious way. Anyhow, this is in still a duplicate of the older issue, so I'm marking it as such.
I tried MuseScoreNightly-201604011129-master-a65f06b-x86_64.AppImage for Linux, that as you said, do not solve this bug, and MuseScoreNightly-2016-04-18-1409-master-a254f68.7z for Windows, that, simply... ignore the connect request! The beam, in this Windows version, is as it would be if the notes were not connected! Where can I found a version that is not affected by this bug? In the page https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2144 seems there is a correct version, but I do not found it.
There is no fix yet as far as I can see - just, as I said, a less obvious bug. In any case, the master is definitely *not* for regular use but for testing only. For now, you will simply have to avoid beaming across systems.
That PR hasn't been merged, so you won't find it anywhere. And the AppImages are too old to have the newlayout code integrated. They are 17 days old, not sure why they are not being updated. For Windows and Mac the latest builds are available .
Unfortunately, to avoid beaming across systems is not possible for me. I'll have to resign myself to find a working version at least for a specified score, or to use another program.
I added the patch to mscore-2.0.1-6.fc23.x86_64.rpm, (see http://forum.fedoraonline.it/viewtopic.php?pid=237421#p237421), and it works fine, except for a minor problem that I reported in the page https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2144. Thank you.
I propose a change in the patch that solve two problems: the groups of eights with a single note in the second line, and the length of prolongation that, in my opinion, should be a bit bigger.
