Palettes incomplete or missing / impossible to edit
Hi,
I have Seven and Ubuntu Studio installed on the same computer, for I wanted to shift all my music work from Windows to Linux.
Musescore 2.0.2 was pre-installed normally as part of the whole UStudio package. Yet I find some palettes are missing (Articulations, System brackets...) and the other ones are very much incomplete: for the same palette, I only have five or six items on Ubuntu whereas there's a dozen ones on Windows.
Plus, I can't edit them (all the options are grey except "Save palette"). I can't edit them on Windows (2.0.2) either.
I have the same problems with version 2.0.3 on both OS's. Any ideas?

Make sure you are not using the Basic workspace, but rather the Advanced. The Advanced has more palettes and more options within the palettes.
See:

You can even customize a workspace to include your favorite palettes:

Thanks for your reply. I had forgotten that "advanced" thing about workspaces. I have all my palettes back.
But I still can't edit them. Not that I really need it, though. It's just that I saw this is a thing mentioned in some replies and I just wonder why I can't do it.

You can only edit palettes in a custom workspace
