Keyboard shortcuts not saved

Hi there,

I'm using Musescore 2.0.3 on a 2013 MacBook Pro with Yosemite 10.10.5 and I have the following problem

Keyboard shortcuts that I edit and add are not saved when I close Musescore. I want to make the comma "," key the shortcut for a tie. This works, but as soon I close the program and reopen it the keyboard shortcut has disappeared and I have to enter it again. This doesn't seem connected to particular scores or files. It happens when I'm working on the same score, save it, close the program, and reopen it. If I add the shortcut, keep the program open, and load another score, the shortcut stays.

Any idea what could be causing this problem? Am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate any input because it's annoying to have to add this every time I open the program.
